By accessing and using Drooda, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

Drooda is a peer-to-peer rental platform that allows users to list and rent vehicles, equipment, and other items. We provide the platform for users to connect and facilitate rental transactions.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Drooda, you agree to:

- Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Listing Guidelines
When listing items on Drooda, you must:
- Provide accurate descriptions and images of your items
- Clearly state rental terms and conditions
- Set fair and competitive pricing
- Maintain your listings in good condition
- Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
5. Rental Terms
Rentals are subject to the following terms:
- Renters must return items in the same condition as received
- Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Late returns may incur additional fees
- Security deposits may be required for certain items
6. Payments and Fees
Drooda charges a service fee on all transactions. The fee is deducted from the rental payment and is clearly displayed before booking. We use Stripe to process payments securely.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following policy:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup receive no refund
- Owners may set their own cancellation policies where applicable
8. Liability and Indemnity
Drooda acts as a platform only and is not responsible for the conduct of users. Users agree to indemnify Drooda from any claims arising from their use of the service. We recommend users obtain appropriate insurance coverage for all rentals.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
